Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hrs notice prior to your service start time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We know true emergencies and sickness happen to everyone so we will happily get you rescheduled as soon as possible with no penalty the first time. However, failure to do so thereafter may result in a minimum fee of 25% and up to 100% of the booked service. I also reserve the right to require a cc# on file in the future to book appointments.
